The American Diabetes Association is on a quest to cure diabetes, but we can't reach our goal without your help. If you start to think "I'm just one person,"—think again! Your efforts, combined with those from around the nation, will take us one step closer to a cure. This fall, 200,000 walkers will gather in more than 150 cities to Step Out: Walk to Fight Diabetes. Routes range from two to six miles and are accessible to people of all ages and levels of mobility. Enjoy the company of friends both old and new as your community takes a stand against diabetes.
